Galerie Anne-Sophie Duval : Julie Blum

The Anne-Sophie Duval gallery, is one the first Parisian galleries to have taken part in the rediscovery of French Art Deco.

Since 1972, the gallery, founded by Anne-Sophie Duval fifty years ago, has been exhibiting a selection of the best designers of the early 20th decorative arts, from the elegance of Jean-Michel Frank to the sophisticated modernity of Eileen Gray.

Since 2008, Anne-Sophie Duval’s daughter, Julie Blum, continues to highlight the incredible creativity of this period. She pursues to present the work of Art Deco masters and to highlight the work of the many artists who contributed to the renewal of modern forms such as Etienne Cournault (2008), the ceramist Elisabeth Joulia (2011) and Primavera ceramics (2013). In 2022 the gallery celebrated its 50th anniversary through a series of three exhibitions.
