Mayoral

Mayoral, founded in 1989, is a gallery located in Barcelona and Paris.

The gallery articulates an intergenerational exhibition programme focused on the best of post-war and contemporary Spanish art, promoting artists such as Tàpies, Chillida, Millares, Saura, Zóbel, Francés and Chordà, alongside works by key twentieth-century avant-garde artists such as Miró and Picasso, and the best of today’s generation with names such as Macarrón, Oliver, Pratts and Barriga.

The gallery develops projects that are rigorously curated and grow out of an exhaustive process of research. The gallery relies upon the support of the artists’ families, foundations and other institutions as well as collectors and museums, both public and private, when it comes to accomplishing its mission.

The gallery participates in art fairs such as Art|Basel Miami Beach, Art|Basel Hong Kong, TEFAF Maastricht, TEFAF New York and ARCOmadrid.

Galerie Zlotowski

Created in 1998, Galerie Zlotowski has been dedicated to modern art and avant-gardes of the early XXth century since its opening. We furthermore developed an increasing interest towards more recent artists of the second half of the century.

The gallery has become an international reference while taking part in the rediscovery of the pictorial work of Le Corbusier and organized many exhibitions dedicated to this multi-faced artist.

In 2019, the gallery has loaned several pieces for a major exhibition on Purism for the 50th anniversary of the Tokyo Museum of Western Art, a building designed by Le Corbusier.

In 2020, Galerie Zlotowski has participated to an exhibition dedicated to Le Corbusier’s drawings in Brussels.

Galerie Desmet

The Desmet Gallery is a second-generation family gallery, focusing on Classical Sculpture in the broad sense; i.e. from Antiquity to Neoclassicism, and specifically, sculpture from the Italian Renaissance and the Mannerist and Baroque period.

The collection echoes the taste of the Grand Tour in the early 19th century: European sculpture from its cradle in the Greco-Roman period and every single revival and reinterpretation of this style up until 1850.

The gallery is run by Tom Desmet and his son, Tobias. A combined experience of over 60 years.
